Update from May in Peru
Update from May on Sunday 4 April:
We are now at the Morrows house after having a super time at the churches conference on the campsite - terrific place. Met lots of people from quite a number of the churches all together in one place.
We will be in La Pampa church tomorrow (Sunday) am The Ite church tomorrow PM and then we will be going to Moquega school on Monday morning and the Ladies meeting in the church in the afternoon.
Early to bed as we leave early on Tuesday (about 5am) to start the trip to Puno which will take most of the day - 10 hours.
We have already packed so much into the time and it’s hard to believe that once we finish in Puno on Friday we will be getting ready to go home after another short stay in Tacna.
Weather here still glorious but we have been inside most of the time.
Please, please pray for our trip up to Puno, most of the team have experienced some kind of sickness (though mild) already and we do not want that to get any worse.
Please for safety in travel - I had forgotten how mad the Peruvian drivers are!!!
