The walk will leave from the Baptist Church in Northlands at 7:30pm and has been organised for women of all ages and stages of fitness. You can choose to go for a 30 minute walk, a 45 minute walk or a 60 minute walk all in the company of other women.
At the end of the walk a healthy low-fat supper will be provided and a guest will give a short talk on one of the following issues; women's health, diet, makeup or another issue of interest to women. Some of the ladies will be sharing their experiences of life and telling their story.
Everyone is welcome! It's all free! So why not come along and meet new friends while getting in shape for the summer!
Tonight's talk will be on colour analysis and make up and Lorriane Graham will be speaking about events from her life.
