On Sunday 29 July, we had a special service marking Derek Baxter's year as Association President. Derek was presented with an engraved vase, and his wife, Betty, with a bouquet of flowers, and Derek preached, speaking from Acts 10:36 - 'Jesus is Lord'.

Also during the service, we heard from Karen & Graham about their plans to be part of MEET Peru and the Pastor prayed with them. And as it was Lindsay & Lilian's last Sunday before going on Sabbatical, the Elders prayed with them.

After the service we all enjoyed chatting together over supper.
