CBKids Summer Club has been run by Carrickfergus Baptist Church as the Holiday Bible Club every summer for decades. Our main focus is the safety and well-being of the children that attend.
Primary School Group
When and what is it?
The club runs for 5 nights usually at the very start of the school summer holidays. Each night we play sports outside before heading in for refreshments and an engaging children’s meeting. During the meetings we have Bible lessons, quizzes, memory verses, songs, sketches and craft.
Who is it for?
Any children ages 3-11 are welcome. We split this into two main groups pre-school and primary school. The primary school aged children then split during their meeting into P1-4 and P5-7.
Pre School
Who’s in charge?
The club draws a large team from all ages throughout the church. Each volunteer is put through the church Child Protection Policy and will have all completed the necessary forms and police checks required. There will also be appointed leaders to head up the team.
